Josquin Desprez died exactly 500 years ago. Tirelessly criss-crossing Europe from one court to another, he was one of the key figures of Franco-Flemish music in the Renaissance. To pay tribute to this major figure in the history of music, harmonia mundi has assembled here some of his most characteristic secular and sacred works.
